The Revenue Leak Checklist

10 questions to ask your own dashboard, each paired with the exact manual check that answers it. No warehouse required. We built this from the same checks we run on every session, so print it, work through it by hand, and see how many you can actually answer.

The Revenue Leak Checklist — artiverse.ai
  1. 01
Which funnel actually produced the cash your payment processor collected last month?
How to check: Pull your payment processor's report for the month. Match every transaction back to the lead's original funnel by hand. If that takes more than an hour, you don't actually have this number today.
  2. 02
What's your true close rate once disqualified calls are excluded?
How to check: Filter your call log for setter-DQ and closer-DQ outcomes, exclude them, then recompute deals ÷ remaining calls. Compare it to whatever your dashboard currently shows.
  3. 03
What's your real show rate, split by how the call got booked?
How to check: Pull show and no-show counts for the last 4 weeks, grouped by booking source: webinar, DM, paid retargeting, referral. Then check whether a rescheduled call is still counted as a no-show in your denominator. Both mistakes make the number look better than it is.
  4. 04
What's your fully-loaded CAC, broken out by funnel instead of blended across all of them?
How to check: Total ad spend ÷ deals closed, filtered to just that funnel's leads. A single blended number hides which funnel is actually profitable.
  5. 05
Which setter and closer produce the highest cash per call?
How to check: Cash collected ÷ calls held, grouped by rep. Check your CRM for the same person entered under two different spellings first. That mistake is more common than it sounds.
  6. 06
If you pulled last month's revenue from your ad platform, your CRM, and your payment processor right now, would all three numbers match?
How to check: Pull all three side by side. Pick your payment processor as the source of truth, since it's the only one measuring cash instead of a tracked event, and reconcile the other two to it.
  7. 07
How long does it take to answer a question about your funnel that nobody asked last week?
How to check: Time yourself pulling one number you don't already have a saved report for, start to finish. If it takes a spreadsheet and an afternoon, that gap is what this checklist is measuring.
  8. 08
Is any of your ad spend being claimed by more than one funnel?
How to check: Check whether a single closed deal gets attributed to two different acquisition paths in your CRM. If so, that spend is being double counted somewhere.
  9. 09
Do refunds and chargebacks actually get subtracted from your reported revenue?
How to check: Pull last month's refund list from your processor and confirm it's netted out of the top-line number your dashboard shows, instead of sitting in a separate report nobody reconciles.
  10. 10
If a deal is a payment plan, does your dashboard count the full contract value today, or only the cash actually collected so far?
How to check: Pick one payment-plan deal and compare its value in your CRM against what's actually hit your payment processor to date.
