    Which traffic sources actually produced the cash your payment processor collected last month?
    How to check: Pull your payment processor's report for the month, then manually match each transaction back to the lead's original source. If that takes more than an hour, you don't actually have this number.

    What's your true close rate once disqualified calls are excluded?
    How to check: Filter your call log for setter-DQ and closer-DQ outcomes, exclude them, then recompute deals ÷ remaining calls. Compare it to whatever your dashboard currently shows.

    What's your real show rate, once rescheduled calls stop dragging it down?
    How to check: Pull show/no-show counts for the last 4 weeks. If a rescheduled call still counts as a no-show in the denominator, the rate is wrong.

    What's your fully-loaded CAC, broken out by funnel instead of blended across all of them?
    How to check: Total ad spend ÷ deals closed, filtered to just that funnel's leads. A single blended number hides which funnel is actually profitable.

    Which setter and closer produce the highest cash per call?
    How to check: Cash collected ÷ calls held, grouped by rep. Check your CRM for the same person under two spellings first — it's more common than it sounds.

    Do all your tools agree on last month's revenue?
    How to check: Pull the number from your ad platform, your CRM, and your payment processor side by side. Pick one as the source of truth and reconcile the rest to it.

    Can you answer a brand-new question about your funnel in minutes?
    How to check: Time yourself pulling one number you don't already have a saved report for. A spreadsheet and an afternoon is the gap this checklist is measuring.

    Is any of your ad spend being claimed by more than one funnel?
    How to check: Check whether a single closed deal can be attributed to two different acquisition paths in your CRM. If so, that spend is being double-counted somewhere.

    Do refunds and chargebacks actually get subtracted from your reported revenue?
    How to check: Pull last month's refund list from your processor and confirm it's netted out of the top-line number your dashboard shows, rather than sitting in a separate report nobody reconciles.

    If a deal is a payment plan, does your dashboard count the full contract value today, or only what's actually been collected so far?
    How to check: Pick one payment-plan deal and compare its “value” in your CRM against what's actually hit your payment processor to date.
