What this covers
These terms govern your use of artiverse.ai, the marketing site and its free tools (the blind-spot diagnostic and the leak checklist). The free session is also covered here; any paid engagement that follows it (a build, a retainer) is governed by its own signed agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.
The service
This site provides information about Artiverse's analytics work for high-ticket businesses, a handful of free self-assessment tools, and a way to book a free session. There's no user account or login. Using the free tools just requires an optional email address for the specific thing you request.
The diagnostic is a self-assessment
The blind-spot diagnostic produces a scored self-assessment based on the yes or no answers you choose. It is not a financial, tax, legal, or business audit of your company, and your score should not be treated as a guaranteed or precise measurement of your actual results. The leak checklist asks you to check your own dashboard by hand; it produces no score at all. The free session, by contrast, reviews your actual numbers directly and never has a cost.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site or its tools for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the third-party services it relies on.
- Scrape, republish, or resell the site's content or tool outputs as your own.
Intellectual property
The site's copy, design, brand assets, and the specific wording of the free tools belong to Artiverse. You're welcome to link to any page or share your own results from a tool; you may not copy the site's content wholesale for your own commercial use.
Third-party services
Booking a call happens through Calendly; email follow-ups run through Kit (ConvertKit). Your use of those embedded features is also subject to those providers' own terms. We aren't responsible for their availability or behavior.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We work to keep everything accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that any tool's output is error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artiverse isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any free tool's output. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
Governing law & contact
