Privacy Policy
What this covers
This policy explains what information artiverse.ai collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies to this marketing site and its free tools (the leak calculator, the blind-spot diagnostic, the leak checklist) — it does not apply to any client warehouse or dashboard work we do under a separate engagement, which is governed by that engagement's own agreement.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- What you submit directly — your email address, and any self-reported business inputs you enter into our free tools (ad spend, funnel count, close rate, average order value, quiz answers, application answers). We never ask for anything beyond what a given form displays.
- What's stored locally in your browser— two small preference flags (whether you've dismissed the site banner, and your color-theme preference). These live in your browser's `localStorage`, never leave your device, and aren't tracking cookies.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we later enable basic traffic analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics) to understand which pages are working, that processor will be added to the list below and this policy updated first.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to:
- Send you the specific thing you asked for (a checklist, a scored result, a follow-up email sequence).
- Follow up about a free Revenue Clarity Call if you applied for one.
- Understand, in aggregate, which tools and pages are useful — never to identify you individually for that purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site. Each only sees the information it needs to do its job:
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery and sequences, once you submit an email through one of our forms.
- Calendly — scheduling, if you book a call. Calendly processes your name, email, and selected time under its own privacy policy.
- Vercel — our hosting provider. Standard server logs (IP address, request metadata) are processed automatically as part of serving the site, and if we enable Vercel Analytics, aggregate, non-identifying traffic data is processed there too.
How long we keep it
Email addresses and sequence data are kept in Kit until you unsubscribe (every email includes an unsubscribe link) or you ask us to delete it. Application/quiz answers are kept only as long as needed to follow up on the request they were submitted for.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email admin@artiverse.ai and we'll act on it. If you're in the EU/UK or California, this includes the rights given to you under GDPR or CCPA respectively — we honor the same request either way rather than maintaining separate processes per region.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and operators. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
